Hi I am Alina,

I came to the United States from Romania with the dream of homeownership. Buying my first home here wasn’t just a financial transaction; it represented stability, growth, and belonging in a new country.
That experience changed everything about how I view real estate. I realized that homes aren’t just structures. They’re where families grow emotionally, where financial foundations are built, where lives unfold. A home influences how we gather, how we raise our families, and ultimately, how we feel about our futures.

For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding that deeper dimension of real estate. I’ve helped first-time buyers make their first leap into homeownership. I’ve assisted families upsizing for growing children. I’ve guided investors building wealth. I’ve helped people downsize, relocate, and find vacation sanctuaries.

Every transaction taught me something new about what people truly need from their homes and from their agent.
